Reservations made through this Website or by contacting us are subject to availability and the following conditions:

• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us and payment of any required deposit
• Pricing: Room rates and package prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed
• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges
• Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests
• Age requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking:

• Standard rooms: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-night charge
• Events & weddings: Event bookings are subject to a separate event contract with specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking
• Non-refundable rates: Some promotional rates are non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking
• No-show: Guests who do not arrive on the reserved date without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount
• Force majeure: In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel bookings with a full refund

All guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff and the property. The following rules apply during your stay:

• Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM in room areas
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or enclosed areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the property
• Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior written consent has been obtained
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, room or equipment during their stay
• Illegal activities of any kind on the premises will result in immediate removal and notification to the authorities
• The resort management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these rules

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, video clips and software — is the exclusive property of Hotel Amar Palace or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
